The Role: Evening Service Excellence
As our Evening Cook, you are the engine of our dinner service. You’ll be responsible for executing a high-end savoury menu with speed, precision, and flair.

Who You Are
We are looking for a professional who thrives when the tickets start rolling in.

Experienced: 2+ years in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.

Reliable: A team player who shows up, leads by example, and keeps a cool head.

Quality-Driven: A solid understanding of food safety, stock rotation, and hygiene.

Versatile: While this is an evening role, experience in breakfast and lunch production is a major plus.
